CCRC Membership Dues
It is time to renew your CCRC Dues. The dues are $20 per person. Invoices will be sent via email to past members and you can pay from the invoice. You may pay at the monthly meetings or on-line at the CCRC website – enter the website address https://ccrclub.com , on the home page select the “Become a Member” button, scroll down and select “Renew Your Membership”, then select “Renew Now”. You can also pay by mail – send a check payable to CCRC with your name, address, and phone number to CCRC, PO Box 1054, Camdenton, MO 65020.
We are so appreciative of each person and strive to provide meetings and events that keep you informed and have a chance to interact with like-minded citizens. Dues support our administrative expenses so we can continue with our mission.
Submit Your SB190 Application
If you are 65 and own real estate in Camden County as your primary address, you are eligible for the SB190 benefit which freezes your assessed value as long as no major improvements are made. You must apply each year between January 1st and June 30th. To apply, you will need your driver’s license and real estate property tax paid receipt for the previous year. The County Assessor’s real estate office location is 50 Roofener St, Camdenton, MO.
CCRC February Monthly Meeting
The February 17th Monthly Meeting will feature speakers Byron Keelin, Freedom Principles, and Susan Klein, Missouri Right to Life. Meeting will be held at the Osage Beach Senior Center, 5709 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, MO. Meeting begins at 7:00 pm; doors open at 6:30 pm.
CCRC March Monthly Meeting
The March 17th Monthly Meeting will feature School Board and municipal candidates. Meeting will be held at the Osage Beach Senior Center, 5709 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, MO. Meeting begins at 7:00 pm; doors open at 6:30 pm.
Camden County Day at the Capitol
Representative Jeff Vernitt is sponsoring a Camden County Day at the Capitol, Jefferson City, on March 25th, from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. Meet State Leaders and DC Insiders. Watch a Session and Tour the Capitol. Learn about issues that matter to you. RVSP is needed by March 1st. Contact Jeff at Jeff.Vernetti@house.mo.gov, 573-751-1119.
CCRC President and Treasurer Positions
The CCRC Board positions of President and Treasurer will be voted on at the May Meeting. If you are interested in serving in either role, you will need to provide notice by April 1st. You must have been a member of CCRC for 1 year as of May 19, 2026, and have participated in a CCRC activity or support of the Republican party. To vote at the May Meeting, members must be current with dues by end of February 2026.
