TOPICS:  Nathan Bechtold, Editor Lake Expo, will discuss the Lake Expo organization and important issues facing the Lake Area.  Marty McGuire, Camden County Assessor, will provide an overview of the Assessor Department and discuss tax issues – personal property, real estate, and the process for “freezing” your real estate tax.
