Les Larson, CCRC president officiated the program.
The invocation was led by Pastor Nick Stutesman, Sunrise Bible Church.
The pledge of allegiance was led by candidates for Senate District 6.
The CCRC Board was introduced and thanked for their work throughout the year.

Secretary of State Denny Hoskins and Missouri Right to Life Executive Director Susan Klein provided a summary on the importance of Amendment 3 on next year’s ballot.
We were fortunate to enjoy spending the evening with our featured speaker, Bill Federer as he toured the State of Missouri, sponsored by Liberty Link Missouri. His knowledge base of our country’s history and founding is truly impressive! We all left the evening with a deeper understanding and appreciation of how blessed each one of us is to live in the greatest country in all human history!
